- No monthly stipend. Food and accommodation at the host institute are free (AICTE reimburses the host institute at Rs. 500 per person per day). To-and-fro sleeper class rail fare or bunk class ship fare is reimbursed after you successfully complete the internship; where there is no train or ship, road travel is reimbursed at a maximum of half the taxi fare, or Rs. 6 per km by public/own vehicle.
